Dr. Maurice Edmondson is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Meridian Consulting Group, an advisory firm focused on strengthening leadership, aligning organizational systems, and improving execution. He brings more than three decades of leadership experience across military, federal, operational, acquisition, and consulting environments, including management of complex portfolios exceeding $215 million.

Dr. Edmondson specializes in organizational diagnosis, strategy execution, leadership alignment, operational performance, and transformation. His approach is grounded in a simple premise: organizations perform best when strategy, structure, systems, and execution reinforce one another.
